Subprocessor List — PearlCount LLC — Last updated: July 2026. PearlCount uses a small number of trusted service providers to deliver the service. Customer data is stored in the European Union, Stockholm, Sweden. Some subprocessors perform limited processing in the United States under appropriate contractual safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Current subprocessors are listed below.
Supabase
Purpose: Database, authentication, file storage, transactional auth emails. Data processed: Account data, workspace records, receipts and documents, email addresses. Location: EU (Stockholm, Sweden).
OpenAI
Purpose: AI receipt extraction and in-app AI assistant via API. API data is not used to train AI models. Data processed: Receipt images, extracted receipt details, and content submitted to the AI assistant. Location: United States.
Replit
Purpose: Application hosting and compute. Data processed: Customer data in transit during application use. Location: United States.
Stripe
Purpose: Payment and subscription processing. Data processed: Billing contact details and payment information. Location: United States / EU.
Framer
Purpose: Marketing website hosting. Data processed: Website visitor data only; no application customer data. Location: EU / United States.
What we don’t use: PearlCount does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or session-recording tools in the application. No customer data is shared with advertisers or data brokers. Changes to this list: We will notify workspace administrators by email at least 14 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer data.
