User roles and permissions: access within a vessel workspace is governed by roles assigned by the vessel owner, admins, managers, or captain. Use only the access granted to you. Your data and responsibilities: the vessel and its users own and are responsible for data and files they upload. You are responsible for independent records required by accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Data protection: our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling and our Data Processing Agreement applies where PearlCount processes personal data on behalf of a customer organization. Acceptable use: do not use the app unlawfully, upload illegal or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or misuse AI features. Service availability: the app is provided as is and as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. No professional advice: PearlCount is a record-keeping and workflow tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. AI outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed. Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, PearlCount is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Payment and subscriptions: if paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented at sign-up and added here. Termination: you may stop using the app at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breach, security, legal reasons, or discontinuation.
